AREA MANAGER – PARTS AND SERVICES (SOUTHEAST)
To succeed in this role, you will;
• manage our customer experience and commercial objectives, including parts sales, through our dealer network, to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention/loyalty.
• performance manage our dealer network through the building of productive and profitable working relationships.
You will be commercially aware, able to demonstrate a sound understanding of dealership finances and dealership operations and, ideally, some appreciation of technical issues. You must be PC literate with excellent customer handling, presentation and interpersonal skills, and bring a “can do” approach to the position.
