To successfully deliver through Dealers and the structured implementation of the Citroen Sales Process, and all other available resources, sales and quality results in accordance with the Corporate objectives, and to effectively support the profitability of Citroen UK and the Dealer Network.
This high profile position is tasked with maintaining and developing our sales momentum within an allocated area. Working closely with all your Dealers, you will define and implement strategic plans that deliver optimum sales performance.
These will include exploiting profit opportunities through marketing / sales promotions, identifying sales development needs, overseeing quality programmes, and generally cascading Best Practice initiatives, to ensure the highest standards, at all times.
Degree qualified, you will have at least three years’ business to business sales and marketing experience, preferably involving some multi-site management exposure. Knowledge of the retail or manufacturing motor industry would be an advantage. Equally important is absolute integrity, a forward thinking approach and PC literacy.
