We are working on behalf of a respected Automotive Manufacturer/Importer who are looking to recruit an experienced professional Area Sales Manager, with the task of acting as the main contact between the Head Office and Retail Dealer Network for this brand to ensure that the Sales objectives are achieved in regards to both Vehicle and Accessory sales within a wide region, covering in excess of 15 dealers, in the South West of England and South Wales areas.
If successful, responsibilities will include the appraisal of all new dealer applications, and liaison with the dealer development team, as well as ensuring the Sales objectives are met by establishing, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Retail Dealer staff working on increasing sales levels within New Vehicles, Used Vehicles and Accessory, which will include providing accurate forecasting and reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as working with Dealer Composite information to assist in the improvement of profitability.

Are you an experienced Area Sales Manager working within the Automotive industry?
Have you success working on an important territory, responsible for managing your own itinerary and time effectively?
Have you experience of both meeting and exceeding New Vehicle, Used Vehicle and Accessory Sales objectives in your current/very recent career to date?
Have you experience of Dealer Composite analysis and working, effectively, with Retail Dealer Management to increase Sales objectives and Profitability?
Are you living within the defined territory, ideally within the Bristol or surrounding areas?
