The role suits a 'hunter' who is heavily focused on sales, can sell consultatively and create a strong business case for decision makers up to and including board level.
The role will be responsible for the successful delivery of the new car and accessory sales targets for the South area. Working closely with the dealers to develop a strong manufacturer/dealer relationship.
The key responsibilities will be the achievement of dealer targets on new vehicles (retail, corporate, B2B) and accessories whilst ensuring that retailers have adequate product and sales training to support their sales objectives. You will assess and monitor CSI scores for sales and create focus where necessary and liaise with Corporate and B2B teams when required to ensure retailers are given adequate support to achieve overall new sales targets
Our client is looking for a highly enthusiastic and self motivated individual with strong influencing and selling skills. The role will only suit those that are of a 'hunter' disposition. You will take responsibility for sales targets, both new car sales and accessories. Ideally of graduate calibre with the ability to deal with Senior Executives both externally and internally. Excellent presentation, influencing and selling skills with excellent planning abilities and organisational skills.
