You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of new and used sales targets across all sales channels profitably within your region.
You will work closely with the dealers to develop a strong manufacturer/dealer relationship, offering support, guidance, product and sales coaching to the dealers in order to deliver the agreed objectives.
You will be fully accountable for the achievement of dealer targets for new and used units, ensuring that you support and deliver key objectives for both sales customer satisfaction and dealer satisfaction. You will also be instrumental in ensuring the SEAT vision is shared by all dealers and constantly improve the marketing activity, promotion, image and brand presentation, within your region.
Taking responsibility for sales targets, these roles will ideally suit a proven performer who has a strong sales focus which is under pinned by a total customer service focus. It is essential that you possesses a consultative approach within a commercial relationship. You will have a proven understanding of the automotive retail environment, preferably with either a manufacturer or dealership background, with excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skills. Preferably, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent.
