Area Service Manager, Plymouth
£45,000 Basic Salary (£55,000 OTE) + Company Car + PMI

Vospers are looking for a highly motivated individual with the skills and experience to manage our flagship multi-franchise Service Department at Marsh Mills, Plymouth. As part of the Senior Management team reporting directly to the Service Director, you will have overall responsibility for the service operation at Marsh Mills, managing five volume franchises (Ford, Nissan, FGA, Peugeot and Renault) with a team of 50 staff including 25 technicians and the support of three Service Managers.

The successful candidate will have a proven background within management at a senior level and experience of operating in a multi-franchise environment. You will be required to run an efficient and professional service operation, with a strong focus on ensuring complete customer satisfaction, enhancing customer retention and exceeding targets. Candidates will need the drive and the ability to motivate and manage the team around them while moving this area of the business forward.
