Our client provides structured motor industry apprenticeships across the UK, working in partnership with Government bodies and local affiliated colleges.
They currently seek passionate, driven individuals to join a successful team of assessors within their Southern team.
Possessing excellent communication skills you will carry out training need analysis, registrations and programme inductions, advice and guidance sessions and perform these at all levels throughout a learner’s apprenticeship. You will manage a growing caseload of learners and will display exceptional time management skills to maintain learner records and assist in their achievement of the qualification.
You will ideally hold all relevant qualifications, or be willing to gain these. Experience of assessing NVQs and delivering LSC funded qualifications would be advantageous, as would prior experience of delivering training within the non-technical provision e.g. Parts Consultancy, Customer Service and Business Administration.
