A highly successful and innovative Vauxhall dealer group are currently looking for an Assistant Contact Centre Manager to join the Team at its Business Development Centre based at our Hayes branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Centre Manager in the day to day coaching and development of the contact centre team, through actively listening to, and being involved in taking calls. You will provide clear and strong direction to teams, encouraging and developing team members to their full potential. You will be responsible for delivering on Customer Service and Call Quality targets, whilst achieving Sales and Aftersales objectives.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Contact Centre environment in supervisory/management role, and will have excellent coaching skills. You will thrive on a challenge and enjoy working as part of a successful team.
Previous experience in the automotive trade is a benefit however not necessary, as full training will be given.
