Our client, a well respected multi- franchised dealer group, need an experienced Service professional to join their established team. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision, motivation and overall control of the customer facing team, to ensure that maximum levels of customer service are maintained together with maximising profit opportunities through the department. The role demands commitment and drive, together with the ability to empathise with the customer and would suit candidates aspiring to become Service Managers or someone with previous managerial experience.
