Aston Martin Service Manager

We are looking to recruit a customer focused Service Manager with exceptional people skills to further develop this department. Responsible for a team of 4 technicians and a Service Team leader, the likely candidate is someone who is looking for their first step into a management role, with good technical knowledge and motor trade experience.

The role will be to effectively market and manage the department, whilst maintaining and improving customer satisfaction. This is a hands on role, demanding complete commitment and a ‘can do attitude.’

Working closely with the Dealer Principal and the Senior Service Manager, this person will passionately want to deliver our objective of being ‘the best quality service provider in the UK’.

Selection will be through interview and an assessment day.
