As an Audi Aftersales Manager you will be confident, self aware and able to motivate the parts and service teams towards delivering excellent levels of customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Recruiting and selecting team members in line with organisational requirements
• Maximising commercial opportunities through developing campaigns within specific market sectors
• Monitoring and evaluating customer needs to maintain high levels of customer service
• Ensuring sufficient resources are available to meet servicing requirements
