An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an accomplished aftersales manager to lead our already successful teams for our West London Audi and Victoria Audi Centres (although you will be based at West London Audi).
You'll ensure that exceptional service comes as standard for our customers bringing your organisation, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction to our high-profile name.
Working closely with the head of business you will be responsible for setting and achieving budgets, identifying training needs and ensuring maximum profitability across the aftersales department.

On occasions you may be asked to deputise for the head of business.
