You will be managing sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and loyalty levels. Obviously a key focus of your work will be the growth and development of the Centre, coaching individuals and working in partnership with senior managers to drive the marketing strategy, operating standards, policy and procedure.
