We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with drive, energy and enthusiasm to join a small but established team of Process Improvement Managers based within the Audi UK Aftersales & Service department, working for Serco in partnership with Volkswagen Group UK Limited.
Reporting to the National Aftersales Manager, as an ideal candidate you will have proven experience within the motor industry – with solid and proven knowledge of Aftersales either a major manufacturer/importer or at management level within an established major motor manufacturer network. You must have demonstrable desire to succeed in a fast paced environment and be looking for the next exciting step in your career path.
The role is field based and therefore successful candidates will be self-motivated, prepared to drive long distances and be able to plan their own time and workload. The ability to build strong business relationships based on trust, credibility, consistency and respect is essential.
