You will already be a successful General Sales Manager or Used Car Sales Manager in either a prestige or volume environment and be keen to progress your career.
Naturally entrepreneurial and an ambassador for the brand, you will also lead the entire sales process, developing the sales team to meet profit objectives and customer satisfaction standards.
Strong administrative and people management skills are essential, along with a flair for marketing and promotion and the discipline to create a successful customer focused environment.
