This role will see you involved in the entire sales process, offering early exposure to all the different aspects of selling a prestigious Brand and building on our already successful volume of 800 new and used cars per annum. Youll also be involved in creating, defining and evolving processes for the department along with managing and developing your own talented sales team of six. The ability to drive vehicle and finance sales and acquire a prime used car selection is essential. Youll also demonstrate your flair for marketing and promotions, and meet profit objectives. But most importantly, youll ensure that the customer experience is second-to-none.

A credible leader and excellent communicator, youll be keen to build sales, manage finance and group products, develop and motivate your team and make a valuable contribution to management meetings and team briefings. You will also be prepared to meet the high expectations that come with working for a high-profile, high value Brand name.
