Nexus Business Solutions is a service provider to one of the fastest growing European motor manufacturers. In order to support their exciting product driven growth in the UK, we are seeking to appoint two trainers who will be employed by Nexus for a position within the client’s training operation.

You will have responsibility for developing and delivering training courses in sales and/or aftersales disciplines with the aim of optimising sales opportunities for the dealer network.

You will be able to demonstrate sound commercial awareness, excellent communication and presentation skills, and have the ability to draw on experiences gained within a sales environment. It is likely that in your career you will have worked for a motor manufacturer or dealer group in either a sales or aftersales environment, or have similar experience relevant to the position.

The successful candidates are likely to be educated to degree standard. The ability to be able to communicate with confidence at the highest levels is essential. Your excellent administration, communication and problem solving skills will be enhanced by your proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint.

Enthusiasm, a capacity for hard work and a desire to see your ideas and determination translate into success are a must.
