Automotive Control Centre Scheduler - Motorglass - Automotive Glazing - Leicester

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

We are looking for an Automotive Glazing Control Centre Controller / Scheduler to allocate, coordinate, schedule and organise glazing technicians, the supplies to their jobs and appointments across various regions incl. repair centres, client’s homes or workplaces, and approved locations.


MAIN TASKS:

· Co-ordinate the automotive glazing technicians with the customers and the glazing supplied to ensure all 3 components are brought together efficiently in order to provide the requisite service to customers.
· Ensure excellent communication channels are maintained between glaziers and the control room.
· Ensure jobs are booked and allocated appropriately and that job details are sufficiently communicated to the glazier.
· Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, glaziers and colleagues.
· Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered at all times.
· Control stock and ordering of glazing supplies.
· Maintain high levels of response times in accordance with the company SLA to their customers and insurers.
· Ensure that customer care standards are maintained and that a tactful, sensitive approach is adopted when dealing with customers.

ABOUT YOU:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organisation, co-ordination and task allocation skills.
· Previous experience within a scheduling role is essential.
· Ability to work to tight deadlines and specified targets.
· Team Player and customer focused.
· Self Starter.
· Trouble shooting skills.
· IT literate, including Microsoft Packages Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Must have experience in either a customer service or control centre.
· Previous experience of the automotive glazing industry is essential.
