Automotive Sales Manager
Salary £60K OTE + Company Car, benefits, (Every Sunday Off).

Responsible for the management of a team of Business Managers and Sales Executives, the main purpose of the job is to drive sales and financial targets, develop a successful sales team, generate sales plans and budgets to include new and used cars, accessories, F+I, overheads, and all related items.
You will currently be in a position of management/Supervisor operating in a volume environment with at least two years experience, seeking the next step in your career. You must have a proven track record of achieving manufacturer targets, be able to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability, possess excellent interpersonal skills with drive and an enthusiasm for teamwork. You will be self-motivated, focused on achieving goals and be able to demonstrate high achievement.
