Role – Automotive Sales Manager
Location - Peterborough
Salary – £50,000 + Benefits
Our client currently requires a Sales Manager of the highest calibre to join their busy Dealership in Peterborough.
Responsible for the management of a full sales team, you will be responsible for the drive to meet sales and financial targets, generate sales plans and budgets to include new and used cars, accessories, Finance and Insurance, and all related items, as well as developing your sales team.
You will currently be in a position of Management/Supervisor operating in a volume or busy specialist environment seeking the next step in your career. You must have a proven track record of achieving manufacturer targets, be able to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability, possess excellent interpersonal skills with drive and an enthusiasm for teamwork. You will be self-motivated, focused on achieving goals and be able to demonstrate high achievement.
