Role -Automotive Service Advisor
Salary - £25,000 + Benefits
Due to continued business requirements they are currently looking for an Service Advisor for their Dealership in Cambridge
Reporting to the Service Manager, the key responsibilities of the roles are as follows:
· Dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs
· Managing all communication via telephone, email and face to face in an efficient and courteous manner and providing a first class customer service
· Managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction
· Liaising with the workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer’s vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Franchise Dealership on a service desk (or have experience in a similar role with transferable skills). You must be confident, outgoing and extremely customer focused. You should be able to demonstrate excellent organisation skills and be a good communicator.
