Salary:£ 28K- £30K basic OTE £40 - £44K + Company Car and large dealer group benefits

They have a rare opportunity for a Service Team Manager to operate in their Land Rover dealership in Milton Keynes
Reporting into the Dealer Principal, your main responsibilities are to independently manage and develop a customer orientated and profitable workshop. This includes, in particular, optimally utilising the market, a high level of customer satisfaction and high yields for the department, as well as planning, and controlling and monitoring processes in customer services areas.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-year track record of running a successful service department in a franchise environment.
Every candidate must be able to lead, motivate and inspire others whilst having strong interpersonal and communication skills. You must be ambitious, professional and forward thinking whilst commitment to excellence and focused on attention to detail are essential.
