We are looking for an experienced systems trainer to deliver first class end user training to dealer staff in a leading UK franchise network. The main focus of the role will be firstly on the design of appropriate training materials and then delivery of training for new CRM and Contact Management software based on ADP/Kerridge Rev8. This role is not appropriate for general sales skills, management or product trainers, as systems training experience is paramount.
To provide dealer sales staff with IT applications training in order to enable them to effectively utilise a new CRM and Contact Management system. The successful candidate will also need to deal effectively with other related system issues raised during the training, such as the system usage, configuration or functionality.
The role will be home based but also require time at Head Office in the design phase and then predominantly on-site at dealerships to deliver the training as part of a wider team. Extensive travel in the UK will be required. This is initially a 12 month contract that may be renewed as the roll-out extends.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
a Training or teaching background, experienced in delivery of end user software training.
a Training design capability – able to design and write engaging training materials.
a Good working knowledge of CRM and/or Contact Management systems as well as a more general experience of IT systems, Windows based applications and MS Office
a Automotive industry experience including experience of using ADP/Kerridge Rev7 or Rev8 or the V8 DMS, or if not, another vendor’s automotive system.
a Experience of auto dealer management system modules such as Parts, Service, Vehicles or Accounts.
a Excellent communication skills, literate, numerate and most importantly articulate.
a Ideally educated to ‘A’ Level standard.
