We have an exciting new opening for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to develop and lead our Best Care programme, which focuses on developing the tools, people and processes to deliver consistent and exceptional customer service and build a competitive edge across both HMUK and the dealership network.
Key responsibilities include:
Researching, benchmarking and integrating best practice
Gaining buy-in from key internal and external stakeholders and bringing
Best Care to life though our Field Teams
Agreeing operational improvement targets, robust implementation plans, and
measures of success that demonstrate tangible returns on investments
You will possess the ability to build strong relationships, coach and motivate others, have an eye for detail and a mindset of continuous improvement so that the Best Care programme becomes part of how we do business.
