Job Role & Responsibilities:
To provide a courteous, professional and consultative service to customers ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
To be flexible in order to contribute to the success of the business and to ensure excellent customer satisfaction both internal and external
To sell an agreed number of vehicles, plus F & I, servicing packages and accessories, using proven sales techniques and product knowledge to maximise profit.
Core Skills & Experience required:
Previous sales experience preferable
Previous motor industry experience preferable
Driving Licence essential
Knowledge of industry standard dealer management systems would be an advantage
