Franchise Bodyshop requiring an experienced receptionist/advisor to carry out duties on a customer facing basis. You would be the point of contact and answering queries personally or by telephone. You would be required to show the highest standards of customer satisfaction whilst you perform your duties.
The business has courtesy car utilisation, collection and delivery requirements and therefore you would need to manage the outgoing and return of these vehicles.
Other duties include prompt attention to customer requirements, excellent organisational skills when carrying out paperwork which would include temporary insurance cover on loan vehicles, ensure all work is acted upon efficiently and in line with company standards.
