Automotive Territory Manager - Scotland - Bodyshops
About the role:
We are currently seeking to recruit a Territory Manager to manage four of our busy bodyshops in Scotland. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for maximising the profitability of the territory, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met and group initiatives and policies are implemented at all times.
Detailed knowledge of the accident repair industry and extensive management experience at a high level are essential. You will possess strong leadership skills and be capable of engaging positively with site managers, customers and suppliers. With the ability to successfully deliver sustained, profitable growth across the territory, you will relish the challenge of taking on a key role with the industry leader.
We are looking for individuals who have the capability and ambition to take on challenges and additional responsibility. Through our training and further development strategies Territory Managers can expect to take on strategic development roles within the organisation as the company continues to evolve.
Suitable candidates may be presently working in roles such as Area Manager, Regional Manager, Senior Manager, within the Automotive, Aftersales, Fleet, Crash Repair, Insurance, Accident Repair, or Accident Management Service industries.
