Branch Manager - £27k - £35k+ DOE + Vehicle
Trainee Manager - £18k – (Dependant upon experience)
Due to expansion they are looking for Branch Managers and Trainee Managers to manage and develop their already successful branches around the Horsham and Crawley areas as well as their new branches that are due to open as a result of expansion. With overall responsibility for the branch you will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations from staff recruitment to P&L management. Reporting directly to the board of Directors you will be an energetic and enthusiastic People-manager with a “can do” attitude with the ability to inspire and encourage all members of your team to excel in their personal performance. Through excellent communication skills you will demonstrate the fundamental knowledge required to run an efficient and profitable sales and KPI driven wholesale branch. A background in the automotive parts or distribution industries is preferred for this role, however accomplished managers with experience in non-automotive wholesale or retail industries with a knowledge and/or passion for cars will be given full consideration. The client is looking for successful and driven managers who can demonstrate a strong emphasis on proactive Sales and People Management skills to join and grow within the company. The successful candidates will be expected to capitalise on every opportunity to drive the success of their branch to the maximum.
