The new position of Brand Manager will appeal to those seeking a career move from a General Sales Management role, allowing the successful individual to run one of the sites, with the support of an Aftersales Manager. Selling a distinct European Brand with its own character, both new and used vehicle sales and marketing would fall under this remit, together with used vehicle buying. An overview of Aftersales, CSI and general site management would be required on a day to day basis, but as the business is running successfully already most of the focus would concentrate on minor improvements, staff development and maintaining excellent working relationships with the Importer.
In the long term, we would see this role leading to a Directorship within the business, giving all the benefits of running an independent business and being involved in key decision making situations, without the risk of financial investment.
