Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Regional Director (what we call a Brand Manager at Volkswagen) to join an iconic brand and one of the world’s leading automotive manufacturer groups.
You will be experienced in leading a team of Area Managers to achieve challenging, but realistic, targets including:

• Market Share
• Network profitability

• Exceptional people leader with the ability to motivate a team to deliver
• Proven commercial acumen
• Demonstrable knowledge of and passion for automotive retail
In addition to the operating objectives of the region, the Brand Manager is responsible for gaining alignment between the Retailer Network in the region and the Brand in pursuit of Volkswagen’s 2013 strategic ambitions.
