If so, our Client has an immediate opportunity for a Brand Manager (must be Arabic speaking) to assume responsibility for one of their motor brands. They are an established and well respected group with several automotive brands.
Maximise all opportunities across the Business Areas
To ensure it is represented at the highest level in every customer touch point
Instil a dealership culture that capitalises on an integrated business approach across Sales, Marketing and aftersales
To manage the Sales Team effectively and ensure the highest level of customer services
To elevate the company and promote the company image
Be the market expert with knowledge of all key data indicators related to the automotive sector, luxury sector, competitors and economy
Develop expert knowledge of the customer base to identify and be able to segment it for marketing events and special projects
Coordinate and manage showroom activities to deliver the highest levels of service and even standards
Responsible for deploring all sales tools in full working condition including computer terminals, CRM access, proper email address setup, product brochures and any further materials available
Ensure showroom tidy, staff respect office hours, and a quality dress code is in force
Manage sales bonus, resignations and new hiring for sales
Ensuring staff are fully trained
At least 5 years automotive management experience
Progressive career to-date with checkable references
Aged 30 - 40
Excellent communication skills
Fluent Arabic essential
