Volkswagen has a ambition to deliver 'an excellent customer experience every time with nothing left to chance'. We will achieve this through our people who do ordinary things extraordinarily well, because we are continuously investing in training, premises and technology to ensure we deliver an outstanding customer experience through class leading people and facilities.
Managing an established Volkswagen business, you will relish the opportunity to grow the dealership to its full potential based on skills acquired from a previous general management role. You will be an experienced individual who can lead the dealership in all areas with particular emphasis on sales. As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding targets in sales, service and parts, formulating policies to achieve maximum profitability and delivering the Volkswagen ambition through the satisfaction or our customers. You will of course achieve this by motivating and developing your team. You will be living the Volkswagen values and helping create an environment where everybody is committed to customer and process excellence.
You will have proven experience, ideally from a strong sales background. You continually demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. You take responsibility seriously; it goes with the territory. You will have a passion for continual improvement of the business and leading your team.
As you would expect, working for one of the UK's largest dealer groups, the renumeration package is very generous. A market leading basic salary with an uncapped bonus scheme, company car, private health care, pension and company share scheme.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an international motor retail group, representing a world class brand. Volkswagen expects the best. If that's you, please apply in writing stating your current renumeration package to:
