Brand Training Specialist
Our Brand Training Specialist is responsible for the delivery of the training and development processes for network dealer employees (excluding technical/after-sales systems) within the Chrysler Group brands. Interfacing with the sales and marketing departments, you will develop training programmes in line with, and in support of, brand strategies and BER standards.
You will define and deliver product training programmes to support the launch of new model introductions; define and deliver relevant product training to provide the Chrysler dealer sales force with exceptional product knowledge and competitor analysis; define and manage the delivery of effective sales skills training in line with dealer standards; and plan, marketing and control the logistics of the CRM Programmes to the dealer network including negotiation with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
You will have proven experience in training delivery and development and will have knowledge and experience of franchised dealer operations.
Experience in managing people and/or external consultants and suppliers is essential.
You will have strong project management skills of complex simultaneous projects with strong negotiating ability.
You will also have knowledge of IT software and proven budgetary control to balance an income and expenditure budget using SAP.
Based in prestigious offices in Milton Keynes, we offer a salary package of c£34,000 OTE, partially expensed company vehicle and other quality benefits.
