Location: Hayes, Middlesex, UB4 9AD
Salary: £20,000 pa plus Commission

Our client is a forward thinking, innovative and highly successful Vauxhall Dealer Group, established in 2006, taking over the assets of the LOL Motor Group.

Over the past eight years they have been recognised with several industry awards including the 2011 Motor Trader Business Management Award and 2012 Motor Trader Marketing Award, as well as being shortlisted in the Most Improved Business and the Training award categories in 2013.

Due to this continued success and expansion, we are currently looking for additional Contact Centre Advisors to join the Team at its Business Development Centre at our Office near Hayes. There are 2 shift patterns within the team, an early shift 08:00-16:30, and a later shift, 13:30-22:00. Both shifts will include weekend work as part of the rolling rota pattern.

The Centre consists of both Sales and Aftersales teams, and there are opportunities within both areas of the business. If your strength lies in Sales then you will be dealing with handling incoming customer calls to the business, arranging sales appointments for the group, driving additional sales opportunities and addressing all Internet based customer leads.

If you feel you are more suited to a role in Aftersales, then our role will involve you handling incoming calls, arranging Workshop bookings for the group, converting additional enquiries into bookings and addressing all our digital enquiries, as well as providing a Customer Support function.

Both roles involve making outbound calls to our quality database to help grow our business.

You will be heavily targeted on achieving excellent customer satisfaction standards and company quality requirements, whilst also driving forward additional business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a sales or customer service based environment either face to face or on the phone.

Previous experience in the automotive trade is a benefit however not necessary, as full training will be given.

You will have an excellent telephone manner, quickly build a rapport with your customer, possess strong listening skills and be attentive to detail. You will thrive on a challenge and enjoy working as part of a successful team.
