The Role
Reporting to the VP Europe, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a strategy that promotes the technology and integrated business systems capabilities of this key automotive OEM and dealership partner. Leveraging relationships with senior automotive decision makers you will evaluate their needs and fulfil their requirements by predicting market trends and consumer demand concerning business IT systems related to parts specification and parts availability, parts acquisition and parts distribution. Leading a European sales team you will set strategy and manage sales plans to deliver the sales forecast outlined in the AOP. Selling against the background of a highly competitive, international market, your prime task will be to identify new product strategies and achieve new business sales targets through the management of existing accounts and the identification, development and acquisition of profitable new ones. 
The Person
Professionally qualified in sales or business management, you will possess an outstanding track record of selling electronic systems or software projects within the automotive OEM sales & service, or car dealership sectors. Commercially aware and financially astute your experience of managing large value sales negotiations with automotive customers is essential, together with the proven ability to develop business relationships that deliver outstanding, commercial results in this internationally focused company. Possessing drive, team leadership and enthusiasm and technical ability, combined with exceptional gravitas your skill set will also include a strong, clear communication style, excellent motivational techniques and a collaborative approach to delivering against challenging targets and business objectives.
