The Key responsibilties for this role are - Develop business sales volumes for both Service and Parts operations -Identify opportunities to grow business and existing customers -Manage and improve customer CSS and customer care standards in collaboration with all department managers -Identify and develop new business both with Franchised product customers and All Makes customers -Hold regular development and review meetings with Key accounts -Develop service and parts contact products on new vehicle sales and agree penetration targets with the general manager and sales team -Increase consignment stock agreements. Based in North London but with responsibility for the Southern Region.
