We'll look to you and your team to maximise the number of Toyota vehicles and customers returning to our Centres for accident repairs. So as well as liaising with Centres to ensure that the sales teams fully promote our extensive accident repair programme, you'll forge strong links with key industry influencers to improve our competitive advantage and ensure that we deliver the very best in customer service.
With at least 10 years' experience in the field of automotive insurance, you'll have excellent technical, commercial and strategic awareness. Your background will also have given you a thorough understanding of the accident repair market and the processes and procedures involved in insurance claims. An inspirational leader, you'll have the confidence and credibility to deliver this far-reaching, business-critical strategy from scratch.
