A growing business within our Business Solutions operation, RAC Automotive Solutions is going from strength to strength as a leader in the inspection, refurbishment and repair of thousands of vehicles each year. Acknowledged as the motorists' champion with customer service standards second-to-none, we have ambitious plans for growth and this challenging role will be key to delivering our goals.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be directly accountable for the achievement of the Business Plan. This will involve: developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to grow market share, maximising revenue and profitability forecasts; pro-actively targeting, prospecting and securing new business in our defined markets including Pre Delivery Inspections and reconditioning; recruiting, managing and motivating a sales force to achieve performance targets, leading by example; and researching and developing new products and services.

You will have at least three years' senior level automotive sales experience with evidence of implementing a strategic business plan, together with substantila expertise in managing customer relations and understanding of the PDI and Smart Repair sector. Equally important will be a record of a sales team to consistantly achieve targets and proven commercial ability in maximising account profitability. Your passion for customer service excellence will compliment your influential style in driving change that delivers competitive advantage.
