Our Business Development Managers work closely with all Volkswagen Group brands and retailers across the UK, ensuring that retailers have the services and support required to build business and achieve their goals.

Business Development Managers have responsibility for meeting performance targets in their own territory and making sure we’re always first choice partner for automotive finance. As our business continues to grow rapidly, we’re looking for new, dynamic Managers who can maintain our momentum, drive sales and develop strong relationships with retailers in a number of areas across the country.

Making the right connections
These are challenging account management/business development roles that require sound commercial judgement and strategic capabilities as well as excellent relationship building skills. You’ll need to be a big people person with a big personality – someone who thrives on the ability to connect, communicate and influence at every level.

Adviser, problem-solver and project manager, you’ll be able to add value, build trust and develop loyalty. From ensuring retailers’ staff have the financial product training they need to make sales, to generating brand-tailored marketing programmes, your individual initiative and creativity will constantly open up new opportunities for business growth.

Although the roles are field-based, you’ll be part of a close-knit community connected by a pride in what we do and the ambition to make great things happen.
