To ensure this story continues, we have an exciting new role for an individual to join our Network Development and Strategy team and work for one of the most respected and admired brands in the world.
Working across the British Porsche Centre network, the successful applicant for this newly created role will be responsible for driving continuous improvements of Porsche processes and procedures in order to achieve true business excellence. The Business Excellence Manager will adapt and modify central Porsche business excellence programmes into tangible, credible concepts for the British market, ensuring these are implemented by the network to grow profitability whilst maintaining our high level of customer satisfaction. This will only be achieved by engaging and supporting Regional Managers and Centre Principals to ensure they fully understand and exploit every Porsche business excellence opportunity. This is a multifaceted role in which the successful candidate will have to demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills combined with the confidence to inspire and motivate a geographically dispersed stakeholder group. The role naturally requires experience in the automotive industry, along with a proven track record in genuine business improvement.
