Nexus Business Solutions is a service provider to General Motors. In order to support their exciting product driven growth they are seeking to appoint a talented and professional individual for a key position within their Retail Network Development team.
This position involves working closely with individual Retailers whose financial performance is not satisfactory and will involve travel throughout the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for identifying areas of underperformance, agreeing plans for improvement and driving the implementation of those plans. You will also work closely with the Retailers categorised at risk to mentor them to success.
You will have a strong track record in sales development and an understanding of different sales processes. It is likely you will have held a senior post at a Retailer and have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business.
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate sound commercial awareness, excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. Ideally you will be degree educated and have good administration and IT skills, but experience of successfully running a volume car franchise will be paramount. Enthusiasm, a capacity for hard work and a desire to see your ideas and determination translate into success are a must.
