Our client has an opportunity for a Business Manager to join their busy franchised dealership.
Candidates will be highly motivated and well organised with proven skills in relationship management, influencing, communication and problem solving/creativity with a strong desire and ability to achieve stretching objectives.
This role is pivotal in driving forward F&I performance, adherence to the sales process and development of the sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular F&I performance reviews with sales staff and providing timely reporting of key performance indicators.
Candidates will have a proven track record in a similar role with a franchised automotive dealership.
