You’ll drive our sales team in pursuit of excellent and consistent customer sales processes, ensuring maximised profitability through F&I performance.
Current F&I business Management experience;
Excellent customer handling skills;
Competent team leadership;
Competitive and motivated;
Your experience in New and Used cars will be paramount to ensuring you continue to drive growth and significantly exceed our current 1,200 sales targets.
Volume management experience;
Uncompromising driver of sales process;
Strategic/business management skills;
Highly motivated team leader;
Passionate about customer care;
Meticulous site presentation.
