Spirit has two fantastic opportunities for successful Business Managers to join an established sales team at their Volkswagen & Suzuki showrooms in Leamington Spa & at their Hyundai showroom in Northampton. Both showrooms are newly developed, offer a very pleasant working environment and enjoy a robust professional sales process.

Each role calls for a person with a highly developed understanding of finance driven sales processes and a minimum 3 years of delivering excellent F & I performance. You will be highly motivated and well organised with proven skills in relationship management, influencing, communication and problem solving with a strong desire and ability to achieve stretching yet highly rewarding objectives.

The remuneration package will include:- The use of a company demonstrator and fuel allowance.
A typical five day week would be Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week.
A basic salary of between £15,000 and £20,000 per annum depending on experience with a realistic, yet un capped OTE of £50,000.
