You will be highly process-driven, computer literate and come from a sales background where you have demonstrated an ability to deliver excellence.

As a Business Manager, you will be able to build rapport with our customers quickly and to put them at ease. You will have an extremely professional appearance and will be comfortable communicating with our diverse customer base.

You will be highly numerate, well organised and comfortable with making customer sales presentations. Your key role will be to increase finance income to the business and to achieve target sales of additional products such as Warranty and Vehicle Asset Protection.

You will be competent in qualifying customers’ needs and eligibility, and concluding deals to ensure that you make excellent product recommendations to benefit the customer. You will be focussed on delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

You will be compliant to FSA standards, although training will be given to ensure that you are competent and compliant.

You will work a shift rota around our operating hours including weekends and public holidays. In return you will be offered a generous basic salary and rewarding commission structure, optional Company Pension Scheme, company car and 30 days holiday per year.
