Lookers PLC are looking to recruit individuals to assume the role of Business Manager in the following dealerships: -
Job Purpose: -
To identify, based on individual suitability and requirements, appropriate funding and insurance options for customers and meet agreed profitability targets.
Key Abilities Required: -
•Fully understands all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate information is given when negotiating a sale.
•Naturally builds rapport with customers quickly and easily and able to treat customers fairly.
•Monitors finance and add-on product performance against budget, identifying and addressing shortfalls.
•Works with management in planning, forecasting trends, reviewing and revising plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis.
•Works with management to coach and develop the skills of the sales team to achieve business objectives.
The successful applicant will be experienced, numerate and have a high degree of self motivation as well as the ability to motivate their team. You must have a full UK driving licence, be smart in appearance and have the ability to work on your own initiative. All applicants must be able to demonstrate a pass of a recognised industry Business Manager training course, FCA and CCD compliance and the Finance and Leasing Association SAF test.
