As our Buyer Services Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the existing buyer base, both trade and private. This involves maintaining relationships through listening to and understanding the needs of our buyers, ensuring a consistent approach and increasing buyer wallet share. Overseeing the sales performance, operation and customer service of all provisional sales, you’ll set targets to improve conversion rates. As committed as we are to delivering a world-class customer service, your knowledge and expertise of market trends will make you a “trusted voice,” able to advise and enhance the customer experience.
A proven manager and inspirational leader, you’ll have strong customer service skills and the drive and tenacity necessary to succeed in such a competitive market. With experience gained within the automotive or retail industry, you’ll be highly skilled at building robust relationships with key customers, realise the importance of attracting new customers to our business and have a strong understanding of the Auction/Remarketing sector. With a track record of achieving results and making sales, you’ll be highly organised, have exceptional communication skills and be a skilled networker.
