Mazda UK is recruiting for an experienced customer services professional to join the Aftersales team. This management role encompasses many key areas in the business, leading and inspiring the customer assistance team and jointly managing an outsourced call centre. It is one of the few roles in the business that regularly talks to the drivers of our cars, directly liaising with retail and fleet customers, fleet companies, while working closely with the Mazda European customer assistance team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong experience along with proven management of a call centre and strong negotiating skills. Budget and process management is also a critical element of the role, as is the ability to demonstrate empathy to both dealers and customers.
