Call Centre Advisor
£16k + Package
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and driven individual with exceptional customer service and sales skills to join their Oxford dealership as a Full Time Call Centre Advisor. The Call Centre department is responsible for carrying out outbound and inbound calls to their customer base (no cold calling) on behalf of their 12 dealerships.
As you will be required for carrying out outbound and inbound calls to their customer base you must have good telephone manner, have a high regard for customer satisfaction and the tenacity to meet and beat targets sets in both booking levels and added value items. Experience in a similar role would prove a distinct advantage, although is not essential.
