Our clients’ goal is simple. To become the UK’s leading used car retailer through delivering the best possible car buying experience. The service centre will provide servicing on all makes, fast fit repairs and vehicle preparation alongside the established car retailing business.
A motivated Leader is required to lead the Service Centre within the business. With a proven track record, the Centre Manager will have strong communication skills, thrive leading a team and have a history of achieving targets whilst delivering high levels of customer service.
Both mechanical experience and car tyre knowledge are key requirements for this busy operation. Experience in a retail environment is also required, the Leader will be process driven and will be responsible for the day to day running of the Service Centre team.
Ideally, this role would suit an experienced technician who has added retail & leadership experience to their skill set.
